Entry to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is free, but any car parked for more than 15 minutes needs a parking tag, sold online and at visitor centers.
Current closures
Laurel Falls Trail is closed for rehabilitation until 2027, and Kuwohi Road is open seasonally from April through late November. Check the park's closures page before you go.
